Shipping

What are your delivery times?

Typically orders ship out within 2 business days of when the order is placed. Shipping times vary depending on the type of delivery service you select at checkout.

What is your Return Policy?

WE OFF PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY .

You can exchange any product purchased through our website or at an event as long as it is within 14 days of receipt or purchase. However, we understand there may be extenuating circumstances where you have exceeded 14 day.  If that is the case, simply contact us prior to exchanging to receive an Exchange Authorization. Gifts received during the December Holidays are eligible for exchange until January 15 following the preceding year.

Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
To complete your exchange, please mail your item/s to:

Please include your return address, contact information, and a note or a copy of any correspondence, e.g. email, regarding the exchange. 

Once your return is received, we will notify you of the status of your exchange.


**There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted (if applicable)

1. Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery unless prior authorization is received.
3. Clearance items - ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED. Only regular priced items may be exchanged. CLEARANCE items are considered FINAL SALE.

Shipping Cost
If there was an error with your order or an item was received damaged, we will provide the exchange return postage, otherwise you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s.
